Finance Automation & Data Specialist

Summary

Join Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, as a Finance Automation & Data Specialist. Lead key finance initiatives, implementing, optimizing, and evolving finance engines. Ensure seamless integration with ERP and other platforms. Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and improve processes through automation. Focus on optimizing Fever's e-invoicing across different markets. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, programming abilities, and experience with project management and system implementation. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in consulting or equivalent internal roles
• Ability to program scripts in different languages and experience with Google Workspace
• Project management or systems implementation experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Willingness to learn new skills and rapidly start working with existing Apps
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Participate in different projects focused on improving and automating key finance processes
• Lead projects and ensure they reach the defined goals, objectives, and timelines
• Lead the necessary analysis for the prioritization and completion of specific improvements, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors
• Identify and implement areas of improvement and work with the teams to get things done
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables
• Perform development and automation efforts within the team, connecting the different Apps and systems to deliver solutions that add value to the organization
• Expected early focus on optimizing and evolving Fever e-invoicing across different markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
• Specific training in programming or similar
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central) and system integration projects
• Familiarity with SQL databases
