Data Lead

Summary

The job is for a remote Workday Data Lead role at VirtualResource (VR), a boutique consultancy that optimizes HR and Workday systems. The role involves leading data conversions, managing projects, and building reports in Workday. Candidates should have at least 5 years of Workday data migration experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in dealing with high volumes of data and design the data flow to optimize performance
• Minimum of 5 years' Workday data migration experience with appropriate Workday certification
• Consulting-based leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven analytical ability with strong problem-solving skills
• Data modelling and solution design experience
• Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications
• Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end data conversions, ensuring data is validated and converted to Workday using appropriate loading tools
• Lead the data mapping activities from the legacy systems to Workday with support from Client functional leads and SMEs
• Manage multiple projects as a Data Lead and technical SME
• Manage As-is analysis of current clients’ landscape against planned deliverables
• Build reports in Workday to extract data and load dummy data as per client requirements
• Support project plan and Workday delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
• Human Resource work experience
• Customer Service work experience
