Data Management IQ Associate

Summary

The job is for a position in EcoVadis' Evaluation Services department where the employee will conduct research to classify companies and contribute to improving existing processes. Requirements

• HSC holder
• Must be fluent in English and French. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated
• Able to work flexible hours to assist the team, whilst maintaining work life balance

Responsibilities

• Conduct appropriate research to properly classify companies
• Respond autonomously to escalations from internal and external customers
• Work with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate communication & information exchange via emails or calls/meetings
• Assistance on projects to improve existing processes
• Ensure team’s adherence to defined processes and best practices
• Participate in the Data Management Operations Management Review

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months experience in data research and data management related processes would be an advantage
• Proficiency in excel would be an advantage
