Requirements

  • Polished communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to execute high volume outbound outreach efforts via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and creativity in research and lead generation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Expert multi-tasker
  • Fluent in both English & German to a business level

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking
  • Qualify leads: Evaluate leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority to determine their potential as customers
  • Schedule meetings: Arrange meetings between qualified leads and Sales to build Sales pipeline and accelerate the sales process
  • Close business: Process orders that meet criteria to be owned by BDR
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately track and update all lead information and interactions in the company's CRM system
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the sales process. Partner with Marketing to deliver feedback and refine demand generation approaches
  • Sales Support & Administrative Efficiency – Act as a key support resource for the sales team helping with quoting, pipeline management, data control and collaboration
  • Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and Butterfly Network's product updates
  • Lead Nurturing & Campaign Management - Design and execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media) tailored for anesthesia, critical care, emergency medicine and community care audiences. Develop and maintain drip-marketing sequences to engage and re-engage prospects over time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preference for experience in prior customer-facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or customer service
  • Preference for candidates with 1 - 2 years of prior experience working in a similarly scoped role, especially in a startup environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • Passion for healthcare or technology and Butterfly Network's mission
