Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Implement object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and demonstrate strong understanding of tool development in .NET C# & Expertise in database management systems
• Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably with large datasets and complex environments
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with technical teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing data systems and databases to understand the structure, relationships, and formats of data
• Map data from source systems to target systems, ensuring proper alignment of data fields
• Load data into the target system, ensuring data is transferred without errors or data loss
• Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of the migrated data
• Address issues encountered during the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption
• Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the data migration aligns with business requirements
• Document the data migration process, including workflows, challenges, and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with project management methodologies
