Data Operations Specialist

Summary

Join Tribe.xyz, a leading talent acquisition consultancy, as a Data Operations Specialist. You will ensure data accuracy and integrity within our systems, fact-checking, validating, and maintaining data. Key responsibilities include reviewing and validating data entries, monitoring data integrity, collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies, and implementing data validation processes. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse is a plus but not required. We offer a full-time, indefinite B2B/freelance contract with the freedom to work from anywhere globally and unlimited paid vacation.

Responsibilities

• Review and fact-check data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Validate incoming data, making corrections as needed before updating systems
• Monitor and maintain data integrity across the databases
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies and provide support in data-related issues
• Assist in implementing data validation processes and improvements
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data is up to date and accurate
• Proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement in data entry and reporting
• Provide reporting on data integrity and resolution of errors
• Ensure that all data corrections are made in a timely manner without compromising the quality of work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the recruitment industry or with ATS systems, specifically Greenhouse
• Previous experience in a data-focused role or similar position
