Responsibilities
- Employ your expertise in Amazon deductions/ E-comm fee recovery operations to strategically position our business, leveraging the platform for optimal impact in the digital marketplace
- Guide the operations team with a blend of strategic insight and industry knowledge, focusing on delivering top-tier performance and innovation in all aspects of the business
- Lead conversations with clients and Amazon to drive negotiations, issue resolutions and education. Collaborate with customer success managers to enhance client engagement, identifying opportunities to maximize service delivery and client satisfaction
- Transform our operational processes. Utilize your analytical skills and creativity to develop cutting-edge solutions that redefine industry practices

Preferred Qualifications
- Possess profound expertise in POR, inbound and inventory policies, Amazon Vendor Central and use of the platform to drive strategic initiatives and business growth
- Have familiarity with AVS, RBS, SPS or SWAT
