Join our team as a Data Scientist to enhance Uniswap's market presence across ecosystems through deep analytical research, cross-team collaborations, and development of strategic frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong capability in data analysis and modeling techniques using R, SQL, Python, and similar tools
• In-depth understanding of the DEX landscape
• Ability to develop strategic frameworks that guide high-level decision-making and operational efficiency
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related
• At least two years of relevant experience in data analysis within a high-tech or financial services environment, preferably in DeFi
• Demonstrated experience in managing large datasets and conducting complex quantitative analyses

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify and evaluate opportunities for Uniswap to expand its market share across various blockchain networks
• Develop and refine models and frameworks to support strategic decisions and new chain deployments
• Serve as a key internal link among grantees, researchers, developers, and other ecosystem builders, facilitating data-driven decisions and strategy alignments
• Generate impactful and publicly consumable research outputs, including dashboards, reports, and visual content, by collaborating with teams across the Uniswap Foundation
• Craft and implement robust frameworks to drive internal strategy discussions and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with Uniswap’s mission of decentralization and open access
