Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, statistics, economics, or a quantitative related field
• 4+ years of experience in Python, including the application of AI/ML models to BI solutions
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiarity with PowerBI and Tableau or similar BI tools for creating dashboards and reports

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain Python code, including PySpark, within an Azure environment
• Take charge of consolidating and optimizing data pipelines and sources for client projects
• Build the foundational elements for Machine Learning (ML) and Experimentation Environments
• Establish and manage connections with SQL Databases and Lakehouse variations for integration into Python environments
• Parse and export data effectively to derive analytical and scientific insights
• Independently connect and manage data from and to various sources, including APIs, databases, Redshift, and Azure
• Engage in less technical tasks such as SQL builds and pipeline developments as needed, supporting the production of experimentation environments
• Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to visualize data independently, ensuring no reliance on other team members for this task
• Prepare data for, build, execute, and interpret results from experimentation environment; capable of closed-loop, iterative enhancements to continually improve results
