Join Unite Us as our 2025 Data Solutions Intern and leverage your critical thinking and project management skills to support our Data as a Service products. You will operationalize processes, enhance team efficiency, and implement data products at scale. This 8-week internship offers opportunities to participate in customer implementations and learn about the role of a solutions analyst. You will develop an understanding of our product suite and implementation process, design Jira dashboards, and collaborate with various teams on data reconciliation. The internship involves conducting audits, enhancing documentation, analyzing data, and participating in team meetings. You will also shadow product implementations and assist with data validation and configuration.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in healthcare technology, product management, and data solutions
• The ability to work proactively and collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• An acute attention to detail
• A curiosity and the ability to learn quickly; you ask great questions
• Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Datagrip, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the Data as a Service product suite and implementation process
• Design Jira dashboards to allow for metrics tracking
• Work collaboratively with DSD, Product and Data Engineering teams on data dictionary reconciliation - ensuring documentation matches what is found in the databases
• Conduct audits on various configuration tools to align across environments
• Enhance documentation of customer implementations to allow for scalability
• Analyze data files, data layouts and data dictionaries
• Participate in regular meetings with the full Data Solutions Delivery team
• Shadow Data as a Service product implementations and assist with data validation and product configuration
