Summary

Join SentinelOne's global internship program and redefine cybersecurity with AI-powered innovation. As a Solutions Engineer intern, you will provide technical consulting during pre-sales discussions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings. Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to understand customer needs, build tailored solutions, and develop customer-facing materials. Showcase your understanding of SentinelOne's products and solutions, aligning them with customer needs. Support webinars and customer enablement sessions, and learn about the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape. This 9-week internship (June 23-August 22, 2025) offers a full-time schedule with an hourly rate of $25/hr and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

  • A basic understanding of technical aspects of cybersecurity, demonstrating interest in areas such as malware prevention, data loss prevention, network security, cloud security, identity security, forensics and incident response, Threat Hunting, and Security operations and intelligence
  • Working towards a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2026
  • Have an interest in working with customers and the ability to demonstrate leadership skill
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs, and possess strong analytical skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms, deliver engaging presentations, and write clear and persuasive proposals and documentation
  • Must be adept at managing their time efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Be adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environments

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial technical consulting for the most essential and strategic opportunities in the sales process
  • Help the sales and solutions teams to understand customer needs and technical requirements and build out proposals for tailored solutions that address specific challenges or objectives
  • Develop and showcase an understanding of products and solutions, aligning technical solutions with customer needs and pain points
  • Help develop customer-facing materials for documenting value and problems we can solve for our customers
  • Support webinars and customer enablement sessions
  • Learn about the rapidly changing cyber security landscape, competitive products, and the SentinelOne Singularity platform
