Summary

Join SH/FT Paradigm as the Director, Enterprise Data Strategy, and become THE client data expert. You will define client data strategies and supporting technologies, design processes for effective data strategy assessment, and drive thought leadership. Partner with leadership, peers, and your team to develop solution offerings and grow SH/FT's client data capabilities. Work directly with clients to develop requirements, design solutions, and build data ecosystems. Manage the Enterprise Data Strategy Team, guiding their work and fostering their career development. You will also contribute to new business development and lead client projects. This role requires extensive experience in sales and marketing customer data ecosystem engineering and design, as well as leadership experience in marketing, product, and sales data technology infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with sales and marketing customer data ecosystem engineering and design
  • 5+ Years leadership experience with marketing, product, and sales data technology infrastructure, including the design and implementation enterprise ($1B+ Company) ecosystems Cloud Data Systems and Infrastructure
  • ELT/ETL
  • Taxonomy
  • Security
  • Optimization
  • Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA etc)
  • Martech Data Integration
  • Deep understanding of modern enterprise marketing and sales and marketing department tactics as well as the data and structures necessary to support them
  • 3-5 years of successful consulting experience
  • Proven direct experience creating and delivering solutions that drive measurable and proven value
  • Understanding and experience with SDLC and IT department development processes
  • Candidates must have current US or Canada work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Assess, design and build world class data strategy and infrastructure solutions for enterprise sales and marketing clients as an individual contributor and strategic delivery lead
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other strategy peers and leaders to develop holistic client solutions that grow SH/FT
  • Lead, enable and cultivate a world class SH/FT Client Data Infrastructure and Strategy Team that meaningfully contributes to SH/FTs growth and success
  • Define quality standards and ensure your team only delivers the highest quality to internal and external customers
  • Ensure on-time on-budget delivery of customer deliverables
  • Collaborate with Growth Executives and the Customer Success team drive new business and grow existing business
  • Define the SH/FT customer data strategy and drive thought leadership internally and externally
  • Work cross functionally to continuously improve delivery efficiency and quality
  • Produce a positive client experience and project outcome satisfaction as measured by customer NPS score of 85 or higher
  • Aim to achieve team members full utilization targets defined by role and collectively from a departmental perspective at 70-75%
  • Ensure all team members timesheets are on time, accurate, and report on performance
  • Be aware and proactively address any internal or external factors that may interfere with the talents’ ability to perform work as assigned
  • Maintain SP’s fractional resourcing strategy to minimize risk to clients’ relationships and improve team satisfaction
  • Enable your team and care for their career development
  • Aid in identification of critical gaps within the technology ecosystem and partner with strategic leaders to define and enable solutions to address disparities
  • Reinforce company mission, vision and values as core foundations of success for the team and individuals
  • Foster our organizational culture and lead the team to embrace a customer-first performance led attitude and curious innovation-first approach
  • Support the education, training, and onboarding of members of the Technology Services team, specifically designed around a specific technology ecosystem
  • Be accountable for direct report OKRs - growth and career development
  • Keep a regular pulse on the team’s happiness and risk factors
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mitigate challenges with direct reports
  • Provide direct and 360 feedback that’s timely and actionable
