Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Capacity to perform well under pressure
• Willingness to work on a Mac computer and within Google Workspace
• Familiarity with handling time-sensitive materials and maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Review licenses and verify that each healthcare professional’s documentation is complete
• Confirm that all required vaccinations are completed during the onboarding and credentialing process
• Review and verify work logs to ensure an accurate reflection of hours worked

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role is a strong plus
