Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and contract management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, and Finance
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Knowledge of database and cloud computing
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to changing business needs
  • Fluent Chinese speaker

Responsibilities

  • Advise on deal structures, pricing, buying programs, discounts, and alternative contract options
  • Manage quotes and pricing approvals
  • Ensure commercial operation readiness in terms of SKU, buying program, and price list creation to enable direct and indirect transactions
  • Execute the quote-to-cash process, including order acceptance, managing product/service fulfillment and billing process, tracking and following up on outstanding collections, and reinforcing required actions
  • Handle escalations and exceptions in the Quote to Cash process
  • Collaborate with Legal to interpret contractual language and ensure compliance with policies for sales contracts
  • Drive initiatives to simplify quote-to-cash processes and improve productivity via automation
  • Deliver sales enablement and training on quote-to-cash best practices
