Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or a related role
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and contract management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Knowledge of database and cloud computing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to changing business needs
- Fluent Chinese speaker
Responsibilities
- Advise on deal structures, pricing, buying programs, discounts, and alternative contract options
- Manage quotes and pricing approvals
- Ensure commercial operation readiness in terms of SKU, buying program, and price list creation to enable direct and indirect transactions
- Execute the quote-to-cash process, including order acceptance, managing product/service fulfillment and billing process, tracking and following up on outstanding collections, and reinforcing required actions
- Handle escalations and exceptions in the Quote to Cash process
- Collaborate with Legal to interpret contractual language and ensure compliance with policies for sales contracts
- Drive initiatives to simplify quote-to-cash processes and improve productivity via automation
- Deliver sales enablement and training on quote-to-cash best practices
