This fully remote position, based anywhere in Hungary, offers the chance to be a key player in ensuring deals are structured for success and aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with various teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product) to manage complex deals, review contracts, process orders, and improve internal processes. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in the technology sector, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce. Working hours align with US hours (10:30 - 19:00 CET, Monday to Friday). Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in deal desk, order management, or related roles within the technology sector
- Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, contract terms, and revenue recognition principles
- Analytical mindset: Experience working with complex deals, pricing models, and financial metrics
- Collaborative spirit: Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in financial data and contracts
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-starter: You take initiative and are comfortable working with limited supervision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to review, structure, and price complex deals, ensuring they meet company policies and maximize customer value
- Review customer contracts, identify risks, and work with Legal to ensure compliance while supporting Sales in negotiations
- Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards in CRM (Salesforce)
- Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, facilitating smooth communication and alignment on deals
- Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements as needed by management
Preferred Qualifications
An undergraduate degree in a related field is a plus
