Senior Dealing Specialist

Summary

Join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our MT4 and MT5 trading systems. You will be responsible for risk management, technical support, and development of new trading systems. Interpret market dynamics, handle trading inquiries, and perform risk assessments. Supervise trading operations and train team members on MT4 Administrator. Develop expertise in FX & CFD products and trade execution. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience with MT4 Administrator. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Information, Technology, Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent
• At least 2 Years of working experience with MT4 Administrator
• If no MT4 Administrator experience, at least 5 year of working experience with MT4
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Excel
• Good in analytical, numerical, statistic, finance, IT
• Deep understanding in Risk Management or Trading
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the seamless operation of our MT4 and MT5 trading systems, overseeing risk management strategies, and providing technical support
• Participate in the development and support of the new trading systems and tools and products
• Interpret current market dynamics, handle trading and dealing enquiries and provide solutions
• Performing risk assessments and evaluation of company's exposure to the market
• Supervise trading operations and settings in MT4 Administrator and relevant systems
• Train trading and dealing members in using MT4 Administrator and relevant systems
• Develop and maintain expertise in FX & CFD products and trade execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the FIX protocol is considered as advantage
• Experience in Expert Advisor is considered as advantage
