Deal Operations Analyst

Summary
Join ExtraHop's team as a Deal Operations Analyst and support the end-to-end deal process, ensuring accuracy in pricing, approvals, and contract terms. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to facilitate smooth deal execution and enforce margin, recurring revenue, and ACV targets. This role involves assisting with deal structure, data accuracy, and approval workflows, reviewing key financial metrics, calculating credits and payment schedules, and documenting standard operating procedures. You will analyze deal data, act as a liaison between sales leadership and operational teams, and stay updated on new products and features. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The base salary is between $75,000 and $85,000, plus bonus.

Responsibilities
- Assist in providing end-to-end support pertaining to deal structure, data accuracy, approval workflows, pricing, discounting, and contract terms
- Collaborate closely with sales to review and approve deal terms, ensuring they align with company pricing guidelines, policies, and goals
- Review key financial metrics and enforce adherence with margin thresholds, recurring revenue, and ACV goals
- Calculate credits, payment schedules, and multi-year uplifts
- Help document standard operating procedures related to deal approval, pricing, and contracting
- Analyze deal data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth deal transitions and proper execution from opportunity creation to close
- Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between sales leadership and operational teams during key deal negotiations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features and thoroughly understand end-to-end impacts
- Ability to handle complex tasks independently with moderate oversight
- Update documentation pertaining to the team to the broader organization for further enablement and support of sales
- Consult various teams within the organization on how to achieve desired outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated competence with GSuite (Google Workspace)
