Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and written reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for clear communication across all levels and excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Providing ad-hoc analytical and operational support as the sales operations require
  • Determine data quality and accuracy by reviewing closed deals and pipelines
  • Prepare and resolve quote-related queries to streamline sales processes
  • Enhance collaboration with Sales to identify and execute improvement opportunities, aiming to reduce errors and enhance data quality
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support, including data management, reconciliation, cleansing, and analysis
  • Administer workflow management and administration primarily in Salesforce, ensuring smooth operations
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets
  • Participate in strategic and tactical projects to support overall business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com administration, service operations, SaaS businesses, and B2B sales is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce report building and administration preferred
