Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within business operations, finance, sales/revenue operations, customer success management, or in management consulting roles for these functions
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Understanding of standard business practices related to Sales, Channel or Customer Success processes and systems generally
  • Ability to support relationships that enable collaboration with and influence of Revenue Operations senior management, sales/service senior management, and cross functional stakeholders equally
  • Clear, analytical thinker with intellectual curiosity
  • Self-starter with a keen attention for detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, until tight time constraints
  • Able to manage ambiguity and shift priorities when needs change
  • Flexibility to work with colleagues in multiple time zones, mainly in North America, but also in South & Central America, Europe and Asia

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative responsibilities for Salesforce CRM, including monitoring and cleaning CRM and marketing automation data, performing regular audits to ensure the GTM systems reflect accurate pipeline and customer data
  • Provide first-level support for GTM tool users, support systems integration projects, help with user access management and documentation of workflows
  • Support the enforcement of data entry best practices among GTM teams
  • Work with Revenue Operations leadership to identify, scope, and deliver systems changes
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, translate high-level information into actionable details to develop a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Document and maintain lead routing rules, lifecycle stages, and deal stage progression logic
  • Support Go To Market (GTM) teams to increase efficiency, resolve technical issues, and adapt evolving systems-based business needs
  • Assist in tracking pipeline health by reviewing stage progression, aging deals, and rep activity
  • Flag discrepancies in deal data or activity tracking to sales managers or RevOps leads
  • Support the operational motion behind coverage and quota planning – Collaborate on planning processes that prioritizes consistency and continuity of account ownership, sales effectiveness, supporting efforts to drive new customer acquisition, and increases efficiencies and maximizes revenue within existing and new customers
  • Provide overall support and departmental coordination for the Global GTM Revenue Operations team’s inquiries, ad-hoc requests and projects
