Summary
Join Affinitiv's award-winning team as a Dealer Relations Consultant! You will build and maintain strong relationships with dealer groups, providing support and solutions to drive their success. This role requires excellent communication, automotive industry understanding, and a passion for client success. You will collaborate with internal teams and dealer groups to deliver exceptional service and promote Affinitiv's platform. The position involves various duties, including contract management, presentation preparation, and training. Affinitiv offers a flexible Work from Here program and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with dealer group clients to ensure satisfaction and success
- Act as a trusted advisor for dealer groups, identifying opportunities to leverage our marketing and SaaS solutions to drive business results
- Oversee the full client lifecycle for dealer groups, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring that clients achieve their marketing and sales goals
- Understand our platformโs capabilities and offerings in depth to assist clients in utilizing the tools to their maximum potential
- Proactively monitor client usage and performance metrics, providing feedback, reporting, and ongoing recommendations to ensure optimal outcomes
- Act as the point of contact for escalated issues, quickly addressing concerns and providing resolutions to maintain strong client relationships
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, etc.) to ensure that dealer group clients are receiving tailored solutions and timely updates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance our offerings
- Facilitate webinars, one-on-one training sessions, and knowledge sharing for dealer groups to ensure they are maximizing the platformโs full potential
- Assist the Dealer Relations Consultants, DSM's, and VP's with various duties such as but not limited to contracts, presentation preparation, marketing calendars, real-time settings adjustments, adding new users, scheduling and performing web training
