Delivery Leader

Summary

Join Delivery Associates as a Delivery Leader and contribute to impactful projects addressing global challenges in Latin America and the Caribbean. Collaborate with public sector leaders and impact organizations to implement effective policies and programs. Leverage strategic leadership, client-facing delivery, and technical data fluency, including familiarity with AI tools and data visualization platforms. Work hand-in-hand with partners in government, philanthropy, and non-profit organizations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, along with a commitment to continuous learning. The role requires a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience and proficiency in data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent requisite experiences; Masters degree is a plus
• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant, full time work experience in government, consulting, public policy, project management and/or impact measurement
• Business level proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
• Expertise in data analysis and facilitation of trainings and workshops to enhance capacity in impact measurement and evaluation
• Experience working in the standard business suite (analyzing data in spreadsheets, creating presentations, etc)
• Remote, with willingness to travel up to 25-40% and be accessible to an airport
• Must be based in and have work authorization to work in Latin America and the Caribbean
• Availability to start as early as August 2025

Responsibilities

• Support government partners to improve their data capacities and practices effectively
• Demonstrate familiarity with or curiosity about emerging technologies, including the responsible use of AI tools, digital platforms, and data-driven solutions to improve public sector delivery and innovation
• Earn trust and influence among diverse stakeholders, especially in the public sector, philanthropy, or nonprofit world
• Run effective meetings and workshops that drive towards problem solving and consensus
• Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations, whether through Excel or other platforms
• Turn complex problems or insights into clear documents and well-structured slides; speak clearly and concisely in remote and in-person settings
• Bring clear structure and planning to day-to-day work and communication
• Break down problems and identify root causes before developing hypotheses and solutions
• Navigate complexity, especially in policy and program implementation, consistently steering large coalitions back to a single-minded focus on priority outcomes
