• DELIVER award-winning products with design or engineering teams
• GROW your team’s skills through regular 1-1 coaching
• MANAGE your team to solve client, people, or project challenges
• Work with leaders to IMPLEMENT change across the organisation
• Break down silos and COLLABORATE across departments
• Be pushed to DEVELOP YOURSELF personally and professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Past experience as a DEVELOPER , ENGINEER, DESIGNER or PRODUCT MANAGER
