Requirements

  • Have 10 - 15 years of industry experience
  • Be well-versed in communication with US customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal and professional interaction skills
  • Have a good track record of delivery of the Software Product/Platform/Application
  • Have working experience in any cloud environment, preferably (AWS)
  • Have working experience on configuration management and build/release planning & management
  • Possess the ability to learn quickly and stay current with new technologies
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results
  • Be well versed in agile methodologies
  • Have exposure to product implementation
  • Have good knowledge of APIs and application integrations
  • Have experience with Javascript related technologies like NodeJS

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end customer responsibilities (both during and after implementation) for a virtual assistant solution implementation involving multiple customers and products/solutions
  • Mentor, coach & manage team efficiency on all customer projects, internal projects & operational Needs
  • Manage all team projects with proper escalation matrix
  • Act as an escalation point and manage customer deliverables
  • Handle resource allocation, team utilization, and team productivity responsibility
  • Train and cross-train team members with requisite skills to ensure max productivity
  • Bring in process and tools to improve implementation efficiencies
  • Manage changes to project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance
  • Manage change execution from initiation to closure
  • Drive continuous automation and upgrade programs for customers
  • Develop a communication plan with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
  • Work with customer stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget estimates, and timing
  • Drive resolution to key decisions and actions needed
  • Manage Change Requests that arise during the implementation
  • Steer our customers towards standard solution setups leveraging Virtual assistant, AI best practices; clearly understand the need for customizations and the proposed solutions
  • Research and recommend opportunities to adopt new technologies. Analyze the impact of implementing new technologies into the IT infrastructure. Proactively research IT enterprise architecture best practices and methodologies and determine relevance to the Visitant IT and business organizations
  • Exposure to debugging & resolving production issues

Preferred Qualifications

Having participated in product building or having work experience in a startup company is of added advantage
