Delivery Manager

Summary

Join ília, a technology, data, and design specialist, as a Project Manager to plan and supervise projects, coordinate people and processes, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery aligned with OKRs. Collaborate with various teams to define product roadmaps, predict and manage resources, identify areas for improvement, and drive organizational transformation. You will advocate for a clear vision, engage stakeholders, and implement strategies to enhance company performance. This role requires fluent English, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and proven experience in project completion. The position offers a flexible remote work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's/Master's degree (BS/MS) in computer science, design, business, or equivalent experience
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative agile software development process
• Be an intelligent, analytical person with the ability to solve problems creatively
• Proven ability to solve problems innovatively
• Proven experience in completing projects according to defined scope, budget, and schedule
• Ability to work highly effectively in a remote environment
• Significant experience leading software teams
• Enthusiasm to act as a team leader with a strong sense of responsibility for the group's efforts
• Effective communication skills; positive and collaborative profile
• Not afraid to experiment with alternative solutions to problems

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise projects within the organization
• Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with results aligned with OKRs
• Work with the Chief Delivery Officer to disseminate and operationalize project delivery and management processes internally
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, etc., to help define the roadmap of a product or initiative
• Forecast the resources needed to achieve objectives and manage those resources effectively and efficiently
• Identify areas of the organization that need improvement and help lead that transformation
• Defend vision, engagement, and action, seeking to improve the company on several fronts
• Lead the organization to define clear delivery dates (sunset dates), allowing for effective coordination between functions and ensuring successful product launches
• Provide consistent project updates to different stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Use best practices, techniques, and industry standards throughout project execution
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery
• Promote and operationalize project delivery and management processes internally

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in cryptocurrencies or other digital assets
• Participation in talks, certifications, and/or publications in blogs about your interests and research
• Contributions to open source projects, such as tools developed to solve specific problems or corrections in existing projects
