You will also lead platform delivery, collaborate on technical design, plan and prioritize work, and champion system health.
Requirements
- A background in managing technical projects with external customers and internal stakeholders, ideally from implementation, onboarding, or integration roles
- A strong desire to understand peopleβs needs and translate them into useful, scalable solutions that feel personal and thoughtful
- Deep care for connection and respect β creating strong partnerships through trust, listening, and shared goals
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, align diverse teams, and keep things moving calmly in complex environments
- A natural interest in learning new technologies and improving the way people work together
- Commercial experience in a technical delivery role in a SaaS or platform company
- Proven track record managing complex delivery programs involving backend systems and APIs
- Ability to engage with engineers, understand system interactions, and communicate trade-offs
- Experience working on custom solutions or client-specific workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, simplify complexity, and unblock teams with confidence
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of enterprise-level custom solutions, API integrations, and technical configurations
- Translate unique client needs into well-scoped, technically achievable integration plans and own the project lifecycle and milestones, from scoping, planning, risk mitigation, execution, deployment, and post-launch support
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
- Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand technical needs and translate them into actionable workstreams
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure consistently high levels of satisfaction throughout the engagement
- Foster communication and alignment across multiple, cross-functional teams, timelines, and customer touchpoints
- Champion delivery excellence through clear processes, documentation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
- Partner with internal teams to align delivery strategies with evolving product capabilities and customer needs
- Help identify when a tailored solution could benefit the broader platform, and when speed and trust are the most important factors
- Own the end-to-end delivery of backend capabilities and APIs used by both internal teams and enterprise customers
- Co-create API specs, define SLAs, and partner with engineering and architecture on thoughtful technical decisions
- Translate high-level goals into clear milestones, helping teams focus and move forward together
- Bake in scalability, usability, and maintainability from day one, not as an afterthought
- Work across disciplines to unblock delivery, manage dependencies, and keep momentum high
- Promote intuitive integration patterns, clear versioning, and strong monitoring practices
- Introduce simple, repeatable ways of working that help backend teams deliver reliably and at speed
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with how enterprise clients consume APIs or integrate at scale
- Experience writing or contributing to technical statements of work (SoWs) or product requirements
- Understanding of auth flows, data management, or large-scale architecture decisions in an integration context
