Delivery Partner Management Professional

The job is for a Delivery Operations role within Trendyol's Operations Team. The candidate will analyze delivery processes, coordinate with 3PL partners, and improve the delivery experience. Requirements

• Bachelor degree from related departments of universities
• Have a minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities

• Track and solve problematic cases in delivery processes for Trendyol Customers & Sellers
• Direct and coordinate 3PL partners as a single point of contact to improve the delivery experience
• Analyze delivery experience KPIs on a daily basis and monitor 3PL performance to eliminate defects
• Analyze delivery related Customer & Seller complaints, define pain points and take actions with a collaborative approach
• Engage with projects, to provide insights into customer/seller needs and requirements, to improve quality of experience and journey

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in service and logistics sectors is a plus
