Requirements
- 2β4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a related marketing role - preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Metric-driven - you back up your work with proven examples of how your previous event spend has driven impact across the organization
- Hands-on experience coordinating webinars, trade shows, or customer events
- Exceptionally organized, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage complex timelines across stakeholders and competing priorities
- Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a relentless eagerness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Manage HappyCoβs event calendar - including in-market field events, industry conferences, co-branded partner events, and a full digital/webinar program
- Own the logistics and coordination for each in-person event, from planning and vendor management to day-of execution and follow-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and revenue objectives - supporting sales pipeline targets and key account priorities
- Align with Product Marketing, Content & Demand Generation to ensure event promotional content reinforces campaign themes and customer messaging
- Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to ensure strong attendance and high-impact engagement from target accounts and partners
- Track and report on event performance - including registrations, attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, and overall ROI against budget goals
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing data, gathering feedback, and testing new approaches - continuously delivering memorable, high-impact experiences
- Assist with budget tracking and managing external vendors or contractors as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with event tools, Salesforce, and HubSpot is a plus - as is the ability to work asynchronously across time zones in a global environment
- Extra credit for experience collaborating with Sales to support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
