Deployment Manager

Summary

Join EVPassport, a leading EV charging platform, as a Project Manager to oversee the installation of EV chargers. You will manage the scope of work, inventory, and delivery of chargers to construction sites. Responsibilities include overseeing contractors, managing stakeholder relationships, administering contracts, maintaining records, and generating reports. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of project and deployment management experience in a related industry and 3-4 years of EV project and deployment management. Strong project management skills, negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential. The salary range is $115,000-$135,000.

• We feel the successful candidate for this role will have 2-3 years of project and deployment management experience in a related industry and 3-4 years of EV project and deployment management directly
• High level of project management skills including depth of skillset to manage projects at scale

Responsibilities

• Project Management of assigned Installations
• Optimize and develop Scope of Work materials for installation partners
• Manage inventory, fulfillment, and delivery of EV chargers to construction sites
• Provide local-level oversight of contractors and vendors
• Manage stakeholder relationships for all projects relative to project execution and construction contract management
• Execute project management procedures with integrity and accuracy
• Administer contracts with 3rd party vendors and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain critical records and best practices as internal subject matter expert
• Manage and maintain Product Specification and Installation documentation
• Leverage Data to generate reports on installation issues and non-issues to measure the quality of Install Partners
• Provide accurate and timely reports to the leadership team and external partners on project pipelines
• Partner with Sales Team on expansion awareness and opportunities for optimization
• Work to expand National Install Partner list in top focused geographic markets
• Work with the Sales Organization to schedule and manage site inspections and install partner proposal deliverables to ensure a timely and detailed process
• Additional projects or responsibilities may be assigned
