Summary

The job is for a Deputy Director of Strategic Operations at NNAF, a multi-racial, multi-religious, gender-expansive organization working towards removing financial and logistical barriers to abortion access. The role involves leading operations and IT strategy, executive leadership, team leadership, and strategic visioning, implementation, and project management for operations & IT.

Requirements

• Seasoned executive leader with experience leading operations and IT at an organization of a similar size and complexity
• Outstanding communicator, both internally and externally
• Well developed change leadership toolkit
• Strong facilitative leadership skills
• Comfort with uncertainty and ability to make decisions or proposals with imperfect information
• Leadership practice that actively centers on equity and inclusivity in management and decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and IT strategy in partnership with the organization's talented staff
• Provide direction and oversight to the current Ops, IT, and Executive Assistant teams

Benefits

Salary & Benefits: $190,000 - $210,000.
