Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience, preferably within a large brand or agency
  • 1-3 years experience managing and leading designers
  • Strong branding and graphic design focused background
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software. Proficiency in After Effects is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own dedicated design projects from start to finish while overseeing direct reports and their progress
  • Design functional and beautiful creative work that enhances our brand and raises the bar on creative expression
  • Interpret strategic needs into best-in-class design solutions for various marketing campaigns and channels, including digital, print, social media, and video
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to foster their professional growth
  • Monitor work and progress by supervising the work of designers and providing support as needed to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with team members in design, copy, and cross-functional partners to execute creative briefs while taking proactive initiative to solve problems beyond the briefs
  • Pitch creative concepts effectively with clear, informative presentations to stakeholders and internal teams and communicate the rationale behind your designs and strategic recommendations
  • Play a pivotal role in contributing to and improving our design culture and fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in motion design or social media and paid media is a plus
