Requirements

• Have a proven track record of designing successful products that users love
• Be experienced in managing and developing designers’ and researchers’ skills and careers
• Have previous experience in building design systems
• Have outstanding communication skills across all stakeholders and the ability to motivate and transmit vision

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design chapter (UX, UI, UX writer), who work in autonomous product teams (squads) owning and developing Sherpany’s platform
• Help the team to build up a scalable design system that ensures a consistent quality of user experience, and consistent User Journeys across features, products, and platforms
• Drive the whole product team to understand our users and their problems and then designing solutions that drive users to improve the productivity of their meetings in an easy and intuitive way

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in B2B and SaaS
• Speak and understand German at a native or “expert” level
