Requirements
- Proven experience in game design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across various platforms (console, PC, mobile)
- Expertise in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, or Unreal Engine
- Deep understanding of user experience principles and game mechanics
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to assess player engagement and game performance metrics

Responsibilities
