Designer Mobile App (UX/UI) - Senior

Summary

The job is for a Designer (UX/UI) Senior at ALTEN Mexico who will create intuitive user interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and iterate designs based on feedback. The role requires experience in Figma, Adobe SC Suite, Invision, Illustrator, Sketch, Visio & Microsoft Office, and 5 years of laboral experience in product development.

Requirements

• Experience working under agile methodologies
• Advanced (5 years) use of Figma, develop of Plug ins for Figma
• Proficient with Adobe SC Suite, Invision, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Visio & Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English
• Minimum 5 years of Laboral experience working with a design team developing creative visual and interactive design solutions for consumer electronics, mobile devices, automotive or other related domains
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development area taking design concepts to production and product development timelines
• Knowledge in HMI Subsystems, UX (User Experience), UI (User Interface)
• Strong written and oral skills is key to working well as part of the team. Presenting to higher levels of managements will be required from time to time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a global and cross functional team by discussing and defining the best tools and solution to integrate digital tests in Figma, Vehicle and HiL test environments
• Work with other developers to implement the solutions and tools and to identify improvement opportunities, automations and Artificial Intelligence integration
• Design and develop Tools for User Interfaces verification
• Design creative visual and interactive design solutions for in vehicle displays using Adobe SC Suite or Illustrator or Figma or Sketch
• Design and create APIs and Plug ins for the different platforms
• Iterate with prototypes through the product design and development process
• Manage diverse collaborative teams of Engineers, Marketers, Designers, Regulatory, Marketing, User Experience and Program
• Management individuals throughout the design to delivery process

Preferred Qualifications

• 3D modelling software knowledge
• Proficient on tools domain such as Axure, Github or Jira
• Integrated development environment (IDE) such as Android Studio, iOS, React or QT
• Usability Testing and Concept Validation experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience on Driver Assistance, digital Technologies and Design Thinking knowledge
