ZenBusiness is seeking an experienced Vice President of Design to join its product team, leading the design team and driving a cohesive UX/UI across all digital platforms. The role requires 15+ years of experience in design, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in design, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a related field or equivalent experience on the job

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team (15+ FTE across designers and copywriters) and drive a cohesive UX/UI across all digital platforms, including mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop web
• Work closely with product management, marketing, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, user-friendly, and consistent
