Summary

Join The Martin Agency as a Designer and help build the next big thing in advertising for iconic brands. You'll craft persuasive and original art, tell stories visually, and collaborate with a team of creative individuals. This role requires experience with design tools and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while working remotely. Requirements

• Have some previous exposure to advertising
• Love to MAKE THINGS: concepts, stories, videos, photoshopable things, and create content that makes people laugh, cry, or question reality
• Have a passion for both advertising design and brand design systems
• Value strategy and would rather invest your energy into thinking about how a brand will show up in the world in the long term than investing your energy in getting a quick laugh
• Use your legendary initiative to make cool shit that is going to get people’s phones talking
• See endless untapped opportunities in crafting social content that will poke through the noise
• Have plenty of follow-through fuel to keep the work + vibes fresh from KO to production
• Work well with a team
• Know when to listen and when to speak up
• Have experience with all the latest design tools, platforms, and applicable software: Mac OS, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, & Google Slides

Responsibilities

• Craft persuasive, original, strategic art
• Inspire and strengthen creative concepts with your visual magic
• Tell a story by speaking only to eyeballs
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently manage your time while working remotely
• Maintain calm vibes in positive chaos
• Articulate creative concepts and rationale to your Creative team, mentors, Design Directors, and clients
• Present your ideas in a uniquely personal and influential way
