Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role with a solid portfolio showcasing previous projects
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies
• Ability to interpret a brand and express it creatively and innovatively through design
• Previous experience in creating and designing marketing websites (experience-driven digital experiences focused on conversion and revenue generation)
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing independently
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Autonomy and ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Illustrator
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Develop wireframes and prototypes based on user needs and data-driven decisions
• Initiate and lead qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions
• Design visually appealing, intuitive, and functional web interfaces, including graphics and animations
• Continuously optimize design based on user research, usability testing, and data analysis
• Ensure brand consistency across different touchpoints by collaborating with the brand team
• Use Workleap's design system to ensure technical feasibility and consistency across the entire website
• Present and explain ideas to various stakeholders for validation and feedback
• Manage tasks autonomously and lead inter-team projects as needed
• Modify, integrate, and create pages using WordPress

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in creating animations
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company, growth mindset, and solid understanding of web technologies (such as responsive design, SEO, HTML, and CSS)
