Summary

Join Viator, a Tripadvisor company, as a Destination Manager I and be responsible for the health and quality of Viator's product offerings in your assigned geographical territory. You will deeply understand key trends, opportunities, and challenges within your destination and optimize product offerings to match consumer demand. As a brand ambassador, you will focus on growing your destination and Viator's positioning. You will meet/exceed key performance indicators and maintain/improve the commercial health of your destination. Work with internal and external stakeholders to align on necessary product offerings, carrying out crucial tasks to maintain and grow Viator's competitive advantage. This role requires collaboration and strategic thinking to curate, maintain, and grow Viator's product offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in B2B Account management or Sales
  • Entrepreneurial & Commercially Driven

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for curating and maintaining a best-in-class product offering for the assigned destinations
  • Strategically acquire new inventory to address product gaps and highlight innovative offerings
  • Build and strengthen assigned destinations to enhance product selection and increase brand awareness
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms and monitor key metrics, taking necessary actions
  • Ensure consistent availability and quality of key products and drive continuous improvement by aligning offerings with customer preferences
  • Establishing yourself and Viator as strong members in the operator community of your designated destination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Online Travel Agency, operator, or travel experience is a plus
  • Understanding of the travel landscape is preferred
  • Language Skills: Vietnamese preferred but not mandatory
