Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as a Zendesk Administrator or Architect, with a deep understanding of Zendesk configuration and customization
- Strong proficiency in Zendesk configuration, including triggers, automations, workflows, and reporting
- Experience developing Zendesk apps and integrations using Zendesk APIs and developer tools
- Solid understanding of customer service and support processes and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Design and architect Zendesk solutions to meet the organization's customer service and support requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes
- Configure and customize Zendesk features, including ticketing, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations
- Develop and maintain Zendesk apps and integrations using Zendesk APIs and developer tools
- Optimize Zendesk configurations for scalability, performance, and usability
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to support teams and end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zendesk configuration, integrations, and functionality
- Stay current with Zendesk platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Zendesk certifications (e.g., Zendesk Administrator, Zendesk Developer) are a plus
