Join Symmetrio as an Oracle EBS ERP Developer to support a large government organization in Philadelphia, PA. This position offers a significant contribution to a high-impact initiative, with a salary range of $120,000 to $130,000. While remote work is supported, local candidates are preferred. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS HRMS and ERP platforms
• Expertise in PL/SQL and SQL within large, complex HR environments
• Hands-on experience implementing Position Control for enterprise-scale systems
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current HRMS and budget data to identify gaps in position control
• Document existing organizational structures and business processes
• Develop findings and recommendations to support Position Control implementation
• Complete gap analyses and identify the number of positions requiring updates
• Outline system and process requirements to enable Position Control functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies and finalize documentation
• Present business value, system benefits, and compliance improvements to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with public sector or government clients is highly desirable
