Requirements
- Proven experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or a related role in the tech industry, within the blockchain or cryptocurrency space
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and Ethereum-based solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience in community building and engagement
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers
- Act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries and support
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture a vibrant developer community around Arbitrum
- Organize meetups, webinars, workshops, and other events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and resources to help developers integrate with Arbitrum seamlessly
- Deliver educational content through various channels
- Gather feedback from developers and relay it to our product and engineering teams
- Advocate for developers' needs and priorities within the organization
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to align developer outreach with our strategic goals
- Track and analyze developer engagement metrics to measure the impact of developer relations efforts. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with open-source software development practices is a plus
