Key responsibilities include creating educational resources, building mini-apps, maintaining technical documentation, fostering relationships with key developers, organizing developer events, and collaborating with the engineering team. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in developer relations, strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, and practical Web3 experience. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or similar technical community role
- Strong programming skills with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Practical experience with Web3 technologies, smart contracts, and blockchain development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating and presenting technical content and documentation
- Track record of building and growing developer communities
- Understanding of developer tools, SDKs, and API integration patterns
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Boost's developer tools (BoostSDK, RewardKit, etc) through educational content, documentation, and direct developer engagement
- Build mini-apps to demonstrate the value of Boost in partner ecosystems
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and sample applications
- Build and nurture relationships with key developers and projects in the ecosystem, particularly focusing on third-party builders and other incentive experts
- Organize and lead developer-focused events, including hackathons, workshops, and office hours
- Collaborate with the engineering team to gather developer feedback and influence product decisions
- Create technical content including blog posts, code examples, and video tutorials
- Support and grow the developer community through Discord, Telegram, and other channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Solidity and smart contract development
- Familiarity with onchain data platforms like Dune Analytics
- Background in developer education or technical teaching
- Public speaking experience at technical conferences or meetups
