DevOps Engineer in Argentina

Summary

Bitquery is seeking a full-time DevOps engineer to develop infrastructure and automate processes. The role requires experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps practices, TCP/IP networking, Linux architecture, p2p networks, microservices, and distributed systems. Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting infrastructure software and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Scripting writing and modifying code experience to improve monitoring and automation
• Deep understanding of Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Helm Charts
• Experience in GitOps practices
• TCP/IP networking knowledge, Linux architecture, p2p networks, micro-services and distributed systems
• Good at adapting to new tools, processes, and challenges

Responsibilities

• Creation of architecture and documentation for consistent reliability, scalability, security, and performance of 24/7 servers
• Developing and maintaining technical infrastructure and system software components
• Enhancing processes that allow for proper testing and validation of releases from development to staging to production environments
• Effectively interacting with other team members to accomplish shared projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with setting up and configuring blockchain nodes will be a plus
