Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS
  • Proficiency in managing, scaling, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and creating infrastructure templates
  • Practical experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting
  • Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar, to streamline deployment processes
  • Ability to create and maintain infrastructure templates and automation scripts
  • Comfortable with participating in on-call rotations and addressing high-priority incidents
  • Experience with security best practices in cloud environments
  • Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team
  • 4+ years' of experience in similar roles

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a DevOps team to support and improve systems critical for seamless app deployment
  • Support development teams by creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and reusable infrastructure templates
  • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
  • Implement and maintain observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to monitor system health and performance
  • Develop and update runbooks to document solutions for recurring issues and guide incident resolution
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing support to resolve critical issues and maintain system uptime
  • Address unplanned tasks, such as incident resolution and urgent requests

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with additional observability tools or frameworks
