DevOps Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years supporting high-scale, web-based applications in production
• 3+ years of deploying, managing, and scaling cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Strong background in DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience navigating and remediating security issues
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, and automation
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes orchestration
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable)
• Ability to deploy, manage, and scale cloud platform resources
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm charts)
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of networking, security, and system monitoring

Responsibilities

• Lead the containerization of applications and services
• Migrate infrastructure to code, improving automation and efficiency
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable networks
• Develop tools that empower developers to take ownership of their codebase
• Work with stakeholders to understand feature requirements and dependencies
• Implement and enhance DevOps best practices to improve deployment speed and security
• Collaborate with teams to educate and empower engineers on DevOps strategies
• Support logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Azure SQL, SQL Server, and .NET/C# (preferred)
• Prior work in a SaaS or startup environment is a plus
