Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to understand the requirements of our patching system and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Manage and maintain Jenkins pipelines for patching and patch builds, ensuring reliability and efficiency
• Configure and optimize Jenkins plugins and integrations to streamline the patch generation processes
• Troubleshoot issues with build and deployment pipelines, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions
• Implement automation scripts and tools to enhance patching workflows and reduce manual intervention
• Monitor pipeline performance and resource utilization, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team on patching-related tasks and issues
• Document procedures, configurations, and best practices related to patching and pipeline management

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Terraform, and monitoring products (Grafana, ELK stack, Prometheus)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including Fast Feedback, Continuous Learning, and Flow
