Summary

Join our 800+ strong team as a DevOps Engineer and be a key member of a highly skilled 9-person IT Department. You will design, build, and maintain infrastructure, ensuring stability and scalability. Drive DevOps practice adoption, build CI/CD pipelines, and act as a consultant to developers. Maintain infrastructure and application monitoring tools and work with IaC solutions using Terraform and Ansible. This role requires strong experience with CI/CD, IaC, cloud platforms, containerization, and security practices. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
  • Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB, or similar
  • Solid understanding of security practices and tools (e.g., vulnerability scanning, firewalls)
  • Strong scripting and programming skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PHP
  • Understanding of security principles and practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with developers
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for internal development teams
  • Ensure stability and scalability of infrastructure solutions
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices across teams and projects
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Ensure seamless deployment processes and version control practices
  • Act as a consultant to developers on DevOps best practices and tools
  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for development teams
  • Implement and maintain tools for infrastructure and application monitoring
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • Work with the team to ensure the stability and security of systems and services
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s unified development environment solution

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Professional DevOps Engineer
