DevOps Engineer

Summary

The job is for a DevOps Engineer to work on AWS infrastructure management and improvement at Stream. The role is open to remote work within EMEA or in the Amsterdam office.

Requirements

• Proven experience with AWS, including deployment, management, and scaling of applications in a cloud environment
• Skilled in Linux system administration and hardening
• Experienced in scripting languages and skilled in developing full-stack applications
• Good understanding of network infrastructure both in the cloud and on-premises
• Experienced with Infrastructure as a Code and tools such as: Puppet, Ansible, Cloudformation, CDK

Responsibilities

• Working on AWS infrastructure, monitoring, logging, security, and automation
• Improving system observability, operations for performance and maintenance tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing enterprise-grade production environments
• Worked with distributed systems
• Experience scaling high-traffic SaaS applications
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or CockroachDB databases
