Join TRG's DevOps team and contribute to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our software development and delivery processes. As a DevOps Engineer, you will deploy product updates, identify production issues, and implement integrations. You will handle IT infrastructure, collaborate on improving engineering tools, containerize applications, automate tests and deployments, and continuously monitor system performance. You will build web-based tools and microservices, develop scripts using various languages, manage data sources, and maintain source control. This role requires experience as a DevOps or systems engineer with hands-on experience in Bash or Python, understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and experience with various tools and technologies. Requirements
- Previous work experience as a DevOps engineer or systems engineer or related
- Hands on experience of Bash or Python in a Linux environment
- Understand fully the terms CI and CD
- Have a good understanding of Infrastructure as code
- Strong command of Jenkins/GitLab, Ansible or any other CI tools
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Nagios etc
- Worked with Docker
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
Responsibilities
- Handle the IT infrastructure as per the business needs of the code which can be deployed in a hybrid multi-tenant environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve the companyβs engineering tools systems and procedures
- Containerize applications for deployment
- Automate tests and deploy the code
- Continuous monitoring of system's performance
- Apply proper strategies for ensuring applications having 100% uptime
- Build independent web-based tools, microservices and solutions to server complete integration of development to production
- Develop scripts and automation using Perl/Python/Groovy/Java/Bash
- Configure and manage data sources like Mongo, Elasticsearch, Redis, Neo4J, ArangoDB, etc
- Manage source control including GIT
- Write necessary documentation regarding specifications of all the above
