DevOps Platform Engineer in Poland

Summary

The job is a remote position in Poland for a Platform Engineering Tooling Team member who will build internal tool sets to reduce toil and streamline the process of modernizing internal applications. The role involves software development, quality assurance, delivery, and operationalization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software development and/or scripting in multiple languages (ex. Java, Python, Elixir, Ruby & JavaScript)
• Linux skills around administration and troubleshooting
• Background in Cloud Computing. environments, preferably AWS (EC2/Lamba/ECS/EKS/RDS)
• Experience with Opensource Products like Kubernetes, Helm, Argo, Terraform, Grafana, OpenSearch, and Kibana
• Experience in Agile software development methodology: Scrum, Kanban, etc
• Enjoyment in picking up new skills and technologies on a frequent basis
• Ability to troubleshoot all layers of the stack
• History of troubleshooting production systems in high pressure situations
• An engaging personality that enjoys working with all types of people
