Requirements
- Three plus years of relevant hands-on experience
- Experience with vSphere, AWS and cloud technologies
- Good grasp of Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies
- Networking experience
- Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Good knowledge of version control systems like Gitlab
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Bash, Powershell, Packer, Python
- Passionate about automation, system efficiency, and security
- Proficient in tools like vSphere, AWS Cloud Services, CI/CD pipelinesβ―(Gitlab Pipelines), Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes (Containerization)
- Experience with Unit/Integration Testing
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
- Able to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days of employment with Raft
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Active Top Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibility
Responsibilities
- Actively develop and implement end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles, ensuring processes are both secure and efficient
- Collaborate with clients, designing and implementing Kubernetes or Docker solutions
- Take part in building CI/CD pipelines, ensuring a smooth software update process
- Actively participate in the application of GitOps principles for software delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Multilingual programming abilities
- Knowledge in automation languages like Python and Bash
- Understanding of the project lifecycle, and related processes
- Good problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
